Yes we operate on an appointment only basis. This enables us to provide one to one service to our brides and their guests at each of their appointments. 


Our appointments last for 1hour and 15minutes. If you would like a longer appointment please feel free to get in contact with us and we can discuss your individual requirements. 


We can accommodate the bride plus 4 guests. If you need to bring more guests please contact us in advance.


We will be able to give each of our brides recommendations for seamstresses hopefully in their local areas. These are based on recommendations from previous brides.


Please note that photography is NOT allowed in appointments. We understand that in some circumstances brides have family and friends who can't be at their appointments due to restrictions or living abroad. We can discuss different options with our brides to overcome this during your initial consultation. 


We always advise to start looking for your dress a year or so before your wedding date, so that you don't become stressed if it takes you slightly longer to say yes to your perfect gown. It usually takes a gown (depending on designer) five to nine months to arrive and you would want to leave additional time for your alterations if required also. Many designers will have rush options, but there may be an additional fee for this service. 


We have our own on-site car parking just for you.


Our gowns are priced from £900 - £3000. If you would like to discuss budgets with us please contact us or follow us on social media for information on up and coming designer days. Add an answer to this item.


We stock from UK size 10 - UK size 16, but there is always a selection of both smaller and larger pieces. 


We require an initial down payment that accounts for 60% of the total price of the gown.  The remaining balance of the dress would be due within 3 months of the order date. 


Your dress should arrive seven to twelve months from the date of placing your order unless you have discussed a rush order or a specific date closer to your wedding date. We aim for all dresses to be in store 2-3 months before the wedding date to allow adequate time for seamstress appointment. 


These are fantastic events where you will have the opportunity to see a designers full new collection before the gowns are even in boutiques. Some designers will also offer discounts during these events.
